Newton Renovation

This is a historic single family house in the heart of Newton Falls, MA. The owner wish to renovate the attached barn and divide the house into two condominiums. Adding the barn allowed for a beautiful double height living room space overlooked by the sitting area on the upper mezzanine. Opening the interior spatially while maintaining the key historic façade elements was the main challenge for this project. The Owner acted as the craftsman builder and did a masterful job executing exterior and interior details.
