This project transforms a dilapidated four-unit multifamily rental property into a high-performance modern single-family home. The project reimagines an underutilized urban building through careful adaptive reuse, creating a refined residence that prioritizes comfort, energy efficiency, durability, and long-term value.

The design and approval process required the project team to navigate significant constraints, including zero-lot-line conditions, a tight urban site, complex existing-building conditions, and substantial review by both the neighborhood and the City.
