Many of the project’s features serve multiple purposes. Bar-height surfaces double as planting beds, built-in seating provides concealed storage, and subtle rainscreen siding directs attention toward the skyline while screening mechanical equipment and creating privacy from neighboring buildings. The result is an efficient and carefully detailed rooftop retreat that feels generous, intentional, and connected to the city around it.
