Holliston Single Family Rehab

Our Holliston single-family renovation and addition was shaped by a sensitive site and a refined interior vision. Located near protected wetland areas, the project required careful navigation of conservation constraints, site access, grading, drainage, and permitting while still allowing the existing home to be substantially reimagined for contemporary family living.

The design balances restraint and transformation. Exterior and site decisions were guided by the environmental limitations of the property, while the interior became the primary focus of architectural expression. Throughout the home, contemporary spatial clarity is paired with traditional detailing, creating rooms that feel elevated, warm, and enduring.
