As the Design Director of INCLUDED, Matt oversaw the concept, design, and implementation of a traveling migrant worker exhibit.  The project showcased a series of four portable shipping containers that laid out in way to tell the story of a typical migrant workers journey, in China, from the countryside to the urban setting.  China has seen an unprecedented speed of urbanization over the past few decades.  While China's transformation has lifted millions of its citizens out of poverty, migrant workers are often abused, ignored, and treated as second class citizens in their own country.  This exhibit strove to depict that journey and experience.
